You have to watch out for the Taurus, not everything will interchange on them. I would start with an entry level Springfield. They are such good shooters you probably won't change a thing on them.

Carry a glock 27 everyday, going on 5 years. Never had a malfunction out of any of my glocks. So glock would be my number 1. That being said I picked up a Springfield xds that I really like carrying on my ankle to church on sundays. That gun is very concealable and shoots very well.

Live in Loretto, hunt around the house some and hunt Richland and Minor Hill in Giles. I am guessing you probably hunt a lot around Long Branch.
