Brassicas like turnips. They will sweeten up at the first good frost and be a late-season draw. Need to plant 60-90 days before the first expected killing frost. I don't think Brassicas are as reliable at attracting whitetail as clover and oats. I have sat on stand on many a early bow season aftern...

Tomato's[rot]
My Better Boy tomato's are all rotting on the bottom. Every one of them is getting this rot at a certain at about the same size. About two weeks before ripening. It's happening on all 8 plants.
I have SuperSonics right next to them and they aren't doing this.

I rotate between the one I mentioned above and a SOG Twitch II my wife gave me last Christmas. The first knife I've ever owned with a clip on it. It took a little getting used to, but after a while I really like carrying it like that.

It will be a fall to remember in Virginia. I might start going to some VT games again[live 10 miles away] now that we will be able to hunt Sunday's for the first time. I haven't been to a afternoon game in many years.
