We as humans sin daily. Just because you become Christians doesn't mean that you don't sin anymore, but it should bother you when you do. When you sin, ask for forgiveness right then. Don't wait to the end of the week and then ask for forgiveness for all week, it doesn't work that way. If you are a Christian and you sin and it doesn't bother you, then you need to re-exam your relationship with Him.

I say it often that the Bible is your instruction manual for life. Look at it this way, sin will keep you from reading the Bible or the Bible will cause you to sin less. Study God's word and allow it to change you.

Just because you can't see the wind doesn't mean it's not real. The same is true for God, just because you can't see Him doesn't mean He is not real. True faith in Him doesn't mean believing in what He can do, it's believing in what He will do.

Time changes back on Saturday. No one likes change, but it must happen. Living the way the world lives, satisfying your own pleasures will not get you eternal life with your Heavenly Father. You must change! When truly you accept Christ as your savior, something should change in you. You should then feel bad when you do something that God doesn't like, you will be more aware of living the way of the world verses the way of the Father.

This year has been full of uncertainty, gloom and depression. You are not alone in what you're going through. You may feel alone, but God understands. He is there for you and He loves you. Please don't give up, turn to Jesus Christ and receive His eternal peace. It will be okay.

If you read 1st Samuel chapter 17, it tells you the story of how David faced the giant Goliath and killed him. David was able to do this because he had God on his side, he was in God’s favor. What giants are you facing today? Are you facing depression, addictions, money issues, family issues, self worth issues? Whatever giants you are facing, get in God’s favor and allow Him to fight your Goliath for you. He will be happy to do so if you will only sincerely seek Him and have faith in His ability to fight your giant for you.

Often times we get too caught up in our own lives and situations that we don't see others around us that are struggling or suffering. Today look around for others, see who you can help, even if it is only praying for them or just saying a warm hello.

If you are not careful, you may spend the prime time of your lives chasing the wrong goals. You must start to see that time is a precious commodity so you can live your lives wisely in these evil times. Time is a precious gift from God and should be used wisely. Folks, you are not guaranteed nothing past today so don’t let today be wasted. If you don’t have that personal relationship with Christ Jesus then do it today. Do it before it’s too late, after that you can do nothing about it.

How many of you routinely wake up every day thinking of your worries, your stress, troubles, depression? Please stop! If you will wake up every day thanking your Heavenly Father for your blessings instead your day will go differently. Then turn everything else over to Him to carry and handle. The end of the day will be so much happier and healthier.

Are you wounded? The bible talks a lot about attitudes. The people that constantly have a bad attitude has been wounded at some point in life. The great thing about an attitude is that it belongs to you and no one else. You and only you control if that attitude is going to be good or bad. If you want to change your attitude it starts with forgiveness. You must forgive yourself and or the one that has hurt you, wounded you. Christ Jesus teaches us that you must forgive in to have forgiveness. There is nothing that you have done in your past that God will not forgive you for and the same is true about those who have hurt you. Today choose forgiveness and allow your attitude to change so others can see Christ in you.

Don't forget God when things are going great. Don't only turn to Him when times are bad. That seems to be the norm, as long as everything is going smoothly we forget about our Heavenly Father. You need to talk with Him and thank Him every single day, not just when you need something.

Do you ever feel like things are hectic, everything spinning out of control? Just know that anything under God's control is never out of control. As long as you have Jesus Christ inside you that you can do anything. He didn't say everything would be smooth sailing but He did say that He would be with you through it.
