How do I get "untracked"??

I've noticed this before...on occasion, but never this badly. The other day I was surfing the web looking for a sapphire ring for my wife.... anniversary is coming up. From the moment I clicked on this one site, Ive been bombarded with ads from this company. And its everywhere I go. Was just over at that other site, and boom...every page. And its every site I go to. How do I get rid of it?

Didnt work. I went to that site this week. Cleared history/cookies for past 4 wks. Still doing it.
FWIW, this is on an Android phone.

When you go in your settings does it allow you to turn off tracking? Like this?

Nothing like that is showing up, but I did find something else. Some kind of "personalized ads Id" thing. It was set to where it could use my id, I turned it off. Will see what happens.
