Warm spell
Warm spell
Expect a significant warm spell that is going to feel more like late April than early March over the next two weeks. This period will probably include several rounds of strong spring storms. But I don't think winter is completely over. Expect another significant cold snap somewhere around the 18th.

Yea this time last year I was out of school for 3 weeks in a row. (2weeks for snow/ice and 1 for spring break which snow was still on the ground). I hope if a cold snap happens it very short.

Some of our biggest snows have occurred in March. Much more moisture in the atmosphere to work with.
