Smoked jalapeños

My 14yr old girl grew some jalapeños. We put a few on the smoker tonight. Great snack!

thise look good. next time pack sausage around the jalapeño, like an egg...armadillo egg is what they call them. The ones I had were stuffed with cheese encased with sausage and wrapped in bacon...mm talk about good. This was at a BBQ competition I was judging.

Yes ma'am! We usually do. I just didn't have any bacon when we did these so we went plain. But bacon makes everything better

I'd like to try them the way huntinkev suggested!
