I'm not sure, but I think I have him on tcam as a good 8 back in January. I also got a tcam pic from a guy who's on a lease down the road from my property of that buck from November 1st of this year. He was a target for them as well! :o

What was the distance from where the pics were taken to where you shot him?

Catman and I are on public land trying to shoot a couple of does for the freezer, I have my bow and he has a muzzleloader, maybe one or two will come by later.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess somewhere close to a mile as the crow flies.

Got kinda frustrated at myself few days back for missing that buck and took it out on a doe . Usually don't kill does on my place but without another good place to hunt if I want some venison then I better take what the good Lord offers . Actually took two .. now I can strictly buck hunt . First does I've killed in several years .

After much debate decided to go to lease in Morgan Co . not excited at all about the EHD epidemic but would like to punch Morgan off my list kinda like da :D . Well none of the others were there do I decided to just ease around it's very rough hunting just up and down except for a couple of hollows and the old logging road . Well about 8:00 I heard a limb break up on the ridge I caught a glimpse of a deer . A doe , she either winded me or was running from something . Yep a buck not one I consider shooting but given the circumstances I throw up on him trying to get him to stop and finally he did in the thickest stuff but I managed to find him in the scope and the rest is history . Old spike himself but like I said I'm not particular at the point but now I can be . Thank you Lord . Hardest hunting I've had to do in sometimes .

Probably last chance to hunt until December unless I go off nights which I extremely doubt . Great morning (cold) but no deer sightings hope Rue & Zach do some good . I know Zach is bucked out but maybe he'll take a doe or two . Hunting been tough for me doing all my hunting in the eastern part of the state but the Lord has blessed me so thanks to him and all the glory !!
