Anybody taking a kid this weekend. As of right now I’m taking my cousin to try and fire one up, might be more of a scouting trip for us. All this water might have birds in different areas.

Good luck. I mite try an get one this spring season. I just never got into turkey huntin. Too busy fishin. Although I did shoot a hen on a deer hunt with a crossbow. Chasesd that bird through 4 counties and back before it expired 20 ft from my truck. d.
