Turkey Forage

I'm planning on putting in a food plot in the near future so what would be a good thing to plant for turkey to forage in?

Wheat. They will wear it out until it gets too big and tough, then when it matures they will wear it out again eating the mature seeds.

I agree on the winter wheat, but ryegrass is another one that will do well. Seems liek ryegrass will grow just about anywhere.
