Dinner
Dinner
Everything but the bacon and okra was done in house. Deer wrapped with bacon and a slice of jalapeño, fried okra, cucumbers, maters, fresh green beans. Love these summer meals!

People look at me sideways when I tell them I’d rather have deer as have a steak. This is by far my favorite meal.

Re: Dinner
I had rabbit and sweet potatoes. Normally this is a winter dish for us but my wife found the rabbit in the freezer and decided we needed to eat it before it freezer burned. Came out good on the rotisserie. Whatever marinade she used had some sugars in it that caramelized nicely.
Sorry I forgot a pic I was so hungry.

Re: Dinner
Dinner was when we went out to eat, supper was when we ate at home.
Re: Dinner
I have dinner twice a day. Didn’t know that made me a Yankee lol. Not that I ever had a choice in the matter.
