Took this 2.5 8 point last evening . Seen him coming in on this known trail I presume to the fields next to my property knew he had a rack . The trees still have leaves down in the bottom couldn't tell how good he was . Came out from under one tree and looked straight up at me . I had already had my gun up looking at him so with him looking at me it was either shoot or he was out of there. Hate a straight on shot but the shot was good he fell in his tracks and just wiggled a little. Would have liked to look at him a little but probably would have shot anyways
