With all the rain/snow/ice we have had lately I'm wondering if it will have a big effect on the tree growth and acorn production?

I don't think so, unless we have another freeze after the oaks bud out. I don't think many trees, if any were budded out when we had the ice. With all the trees dormant, they aren't using the water. Hopefully we won't have any more freezes and we will have plenty of moisture when they start to bud and leaf out.
