Tikka rifles

How many of you guys at Tikka fans. I own one and really like it, just wondered if there were any other fans out there.

my brother and a friend of his bought in 300sm for a elk hunt. some thing broke on the bolt on 1 of them that was plastic and they swapped them out so the other guy could finish the hunt. That ended my wondering about them. They are great shooters from what I have read though. Like any thing else you never know why or how many have the same problem. the manufacturing companys wont tell how many have problems.

Well, I have an M595 Tikka SS in 7-08 and it's a good shooter. I can't wait to get some good glass on it now and see what it can do. 
I also have a Tikka T3 Lite in 30-06, never fired. Can't wait till the weather breaks and I'm gonna see what they both can do hopefully.

IMO the older models are far superior to the T3. The lites are too lite for me BUT the 595/695 are pretty heavy.

Leader that old 695 of yours is to heavy for a fellow with a bad back. You just need to sell that gun to me and get yourself another nice mountain rifle. Before that gun breaks you down. Besides You know you love those Remington's.
