Garden on the new homestead is taking off! Not sure what we're gonna do with all these tomatoes! Alot of salsa in our future, hopefully enough to last us til next year!
Sweet corn, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, squash, onions watermelon and a pumpkin plant. Looking to plant some more beans soon.
Next year were going to go with a different soil/compost method.
Everyone is invited to the canning party!

looks like you are gettin ready to fire up the pressure cooker and do some cannin. You may even be firin up the vacuum sealer also to do some freezin. Was lookin at the Dads small garden in the back yard and the three rows of beans are in bloom. Don`t even want to think about the big garden. Rekon I`ll be doin some cannin and freezin before long too. Jest gotta make sure to leave nuff room in the freezer fer a deer or two.
