New glass(to me)

Well, I think I've lucked up and found a nice scope for one of my 300's. My buddy is upgrading and let me have his "old" scope for a great price, a Leopold VXII 4x12x40 with the vertical mil dot reticle and adj objective. I think I may be able to tighten those groups up with the 300WSM a tad at distance now.

Ain`t nuffin wrong wiff that as long as there ain`t nuffin wrong wiff the scope. I hunted and still hunt with hand-me-downs and preowned items that I have purchased. Hope it works good ya.

Well, game time decision today. I opted to go with a Nikon 4x12x40 prostaff bc it has more BDC marks for elevation. Went with a one piece DNZ mount as well. Here's hoping it'll tighten my groups up just a tad more.
