Well, don't get much more pathetic than that. At least Butch put Dormamdy in for a few reps, way WAY too late after needng a QB most of the game, but oh well, at least Dobbs will get his name mentioned post game. Don't get me wrong here, Dobbs is one heck of a great kid personally, but he just isn't a QB, just a great athletic kid who can run great and make defenders miss him, and occasionally throw a good pass, but he's not a full QB. Nite nite all.

Way to thin to stop their running game. Didn't have a chance to slow it down. That's the key to competing with them. Hurts is a Dobbs clone in the passing game. Under pressure he will make mistakes. That shown today TN couldn't take advantage of it. Hopefully TN will get healthy and get their first shot at them in Atlanta and be much more competitive game.

Gonna be a rough road to the SEC East now with Fla gaining strength. One more loss by TN, possibly to any of the last 3 SEC East teams will likely seal their fate. Vandy played tough against GA and could very well play spoiler, as well as SC. On a side note, I would like to see Hurd remain on IR and give those other hungry backs some time, they played great when Hurd wasn't there at A&M last week. Hurd just ain't all he's been hyped up to be, consistently anyway. Dobbs now has 7 straight games with an INT, NCAA record this year.

Tennessee`s lack of depth showed it`s self. Not enough experienced back ups to take the place of hurt experienced players. Alabama has kids on their bench, that will probably never play a snap, that probably would start for Tennessee and other schools. Yes, Tennessee is better and more competitive now that Butch Jones has become coach. I do not doubt we will finish out the season with no more losses. Yes We have some star quality players but for every one we have Alabama has three. We definitely need more depth on offensive line. We are down to going out and getting kids outta the MickyD playground. Our offensive line was one sophomore ,two redshirt freshmen and one true freshman. Give me a strong three deep offensive line that can pass protect and open holes for the run and the defense will take care of it`s self. Alabama has that luxury Tennessee is still working on it. We can not rely on the defense to play 3/4 of the ball game unless we are scoring every time we get the ball. The defense also is a work in progress but will take care of it`s self. I do not care how good your running back is, your quarterback is and your receivers are. If the offensive line is getting whipped you are getting whipped.

Congrats to Alabama now go prove your #1.

I didn't get to see all the game, saw some of the first quarter. I did expect Bama to win though. I think Caretaker hit the nail on the head, I think UT is lacking in depth and it's hard for a QB or RB to do anything if there isn't any blocking.
