Going to do some plinking

Post by WG Taxidermist »

A guy I work with got a new Ruger M14 for father's day and he wants me to help him get his scope set. I'm sure he could do it himself but I'm I'm not going to turn down the opportunity to shoot somebody else's ammo. Lol! I'm going to take my AR and shoot a few rounds through it while we are shooting.

Post up some pics! Love the smell of burning powder and cloverleafs! :D

sounds like a whole lot of fun. Most of my plinking is with a 22 when I can get a hold of extry ammo. Sometimes I will drag out the Black Powder revolvers. Most times though I get with mike243 for serious prehunt sighting in of hunting rifles. It is beyond me as to how a scope can get off just setting in a gun cabinet.
I`m just here for the girl`s wet teeshirt and mud wrestling contest.
