This part of the verse makes me wonder if it's in reference to the abundant knowledge that's available to us 24/7/365. In my heart I truly believe that in the very end there will be a translation of some long forgotten alphabet or language in which www translates to 666.

You could be correct . You notice if you buy a new computer top of the line model or a new phone that does everything but cook breakfast for you but in a couple of months they have a newer better one . Times are showing the Bible to be correct even though these words were given hundreds of years ago . This one verse typifies the coming of the Lord in near IMO !
