Finally broke down

And got a "new to me" pickup truck. This is basically my dream vehicle. :)

No seriously congrats on a real nice truck. I think you will be very happy with it.

My other truck has just under 350K on it, and the transmission is acting up, again, after replacing it two years ago. I figured it was time to start again with another one. I've been driving the 2wd version for a few years now with this last one, feels good to have 4x4 again if I need it. :) I've only really needed 4x4 on the hwy one time, and it paid for itself that one time. Snow covered road coming up the mtn from work one Sat, cars crossed up blocking the main two lanes, I slowed down to keep momentum and drive around on the shoulder, but when I started to go again, started spinning myself. If not for locking it into 4wd at that point I would have been sliding back down the mtn.

Congrats. Like you I don’t mind the older vehicles but eventually they become a hassle

Thanks guys. Oh and the 4.0L V6 has some get up and go for a 6 banger!
