Reality time, it’s not God’s fault that bad things happen, it’s ours. Sounds harsh, but that is the hard truth. We are always are looking to blame God for stuff when we need to be honest enough to blame ourselves. But the good news is, God knows this and is forgiving and loving. I thank Him daily for His Love and Forgiveness.

The devil will do everything to steal your joy and place doubt. When the devil keeps reminding you to look at your past, there’s something in your future he doesn’t want you to see. God has good things in store for you, just put your faith in Him and trust Him.

Are you holding onto bitterness? If someone has hurt you or done you wrong and you are holding onto it, planning on getting that person back, hoping bad things on that person, talking about them, not forgiving, then you are holding onto bitterness. You must let go of that bitterness, you must forgive, if not, then you are the prisoner. Look at it this way, if God sincerely forgives you every time you do something that hurts Him, then why can't you do the same? Read Ephesians 4:31-32

Take time out of your busy day and give thanks to God for the many blessings you have. Even when things seem bad, or you're at a dead end, even when one problem pops up after making it through the last hurdle. It is all a test to see which road you will pick and the decisions you make. I thank God everyday for the blessings he places on my family, even when it doesn't seem like one and I ask for guidance.

Worry will wear you down and steal your joy and peace. God tells us over and over in the Bible to stop worrying and start trusting Him. When you turn all of your burdens over to Him and leave them, then things will change.

Prayer is a very important part of my day. I hope everyone prays, but are you praying for the right reason? Treat prayer as your first priority and not your last resort. God knows your heart so you can't fool Him.

There is always going to be something daily that tries to steal your happiness, your joy. We can not change the world and what the devil throws at us, but we can change how we receive it, how we react to it, who we turn to. Starting today, when something tries to steal your happiness, turn it over to your Heavenly Father to take, look to Him for guidance.

When you are a Christian and you try to do everything you are supposed to do, it will grow difficult. The devil does not want you to live in Christ. He will do all he can to make you fail, make you give in, to give up. You must stay in your faith and stay in prayer. If you do, the reward is eternal life with your Heavenly Father.

When you go through times of stress, worry or heartache, where do you turn, where do you go? Whatever crutch you turn to, try turning to God. Jesus simply says, "Come to Me", He will give you rest, comfort and love. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
