Often we spend too much time trying to get others to notice us, to want to fit in their circle, be part of the cool group. When you realize that God has invited you to sit at His table, it no longer matters who didn't invite you to sit at theirs. The only circle you should be trying to get in is the circle of your Heavenly Father.

Life is too short to be miserable or to allow anyone to steal your joy. Get rid of the negativity, the anger, the jealousy and open your hearts to what your Heavenly Father has to give you. Be positive in your daily walk.

I often will mention something about loving thy neighbor or helping others. Did you know that encouraging others is helping them, is loving them? People are a creature of their surroundings, if you are constantly being put down, told you can't do something or you won't amount to nothing, that is the path that they will take. Today, encourage someone that is struggling, someone that everyone else picks on, someone who is needing a little love. We are all God's children, shouldn't be all be treated as such?

Some get discouraged when they think God is not answering their prayers. One of the things that will block your prayer request so to speak is forgiveness. If there is something in your heart that needs to be forgiven, someone who has wronged you some how and you have not forgiven that person, God knows. He knows what is in your heart and you MUST have forgiveness for God to forgive. It's not only because the Bible tells us but it's because it the right thing to do. Make sure your heart is right before you expect God to answer all your prayers.

If you look around at this country and around the world, the Bible is playing out right before you. The time is coming where your decision to follow Jesus or not will change your entire future. For some every day is a struggle. From struggling to get out of bed to go to work or to school, acting like everything in your life is good. You may feel like no one feels your pain or you feel all alone. You are NOT alone! God loves you and He is with you. His love will get you through anything, if you ask Him to help, seek Him and let Him.

Growing up and even as adults, there is usually someone trying to push you down a certain path, to be something, to pursue a field, etc. Each of us have a God given destiny and we should allow Him to guide our paths, not anyone else. God made you, they didn't so talk with Him about your destiny and allow Him to guide you to it.

If you are not at peace with yourself, how can you be at peace with others? The bible tells us that Christ will give you peace if you seek Him. I can personally tell you, it is a peace that can't be described. Why would you NOT want that kind of peace? Seek Him today and follow Him and you will receive it.

Most people are considered "Good People", but the bible tells us that just being a good person will not get you into Heaven. You must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, you must believe in you heart that Christ died on the cross for your sins then rose again to make a home for you in Heaven. Do you have that relationship today? If not, let today be the the day.

Don't keep looking backwards, it doesn't matter because it's in the past. Always keep moving forward with determination and faith, when you do you will see amazing things happen. God will open doors for you if you will only trust Him and let Him lead you.

The Bible tells us (Deuteronomy 8:19) that if you have any other Gods or idols before Him, you will perish. That is saying anything you put before God, money, jobs, house, cars, addictions, anything, that you will be punished. Friends, keep God first in your life and receive His blessings.

Worry is one of the leading causes of health issues, both mental and psychically. Jesus tells us not to worry but give everything to Him in Thanksgiving. Worry doesn't fix anything and will get you nowhere except stealing your joy. Today, give all of your worry to Him and let Christ fix it.

Are you ready for Christ to roll the stone away from your entrapment? The same way God rolled the stone away for Jesus' and Lazarus' tomb, their entrapment, He is waiting to do the same for you. What ever it is that has you trapped or confined, He is waiting for you to come to Him and allow your stone to be rolled away, setting you free from whatever bondage you are facing. Let God set you free today!

Do you know about God or do you know Him? You may think they are the same but they are not. Most everyone knows about God but how many truly know Him, that knows the peace inside, that knows the love He has for you, that knows His path and try to stay on it and knows the forgiveness that He shows. If you don't really KNOW Him, change that today and receive His peace that only He can give.

It’s amazing how much can change from one year to the next, or even from one day to another. The one thing that doesn’t change is God. No matter who has come and gone in your life, God will always be there. No matter what changes you experience, take comfort knowing God is there.
