Old treestand project (pics)
Old treestand project (pics)
Have hunted out of this quick n quiet climber for past 2 seasons and decided to sharpen it up a bit. Polyester foam seat (mildew resistant), craft foam foot padding for insulation, and polyester camo fabric sewn with nylon upholstery thread. Painted with rustoleum.
Can't wait to climb it and smack a nanner with an Easton.

Great job !!

You get extra points for going "old-school". A lot of guys, like myself, would have scrapped that thing. I hope you kill some deer out of it.

Looking good
Re: Old treestand project (pics)
Thanks all. It will look more beat up by end of the season, just did very light prep before painting (dry scotch brite and damp towel)
