Finally got the lil Wolf boiled out abd some what cleaned. So gonna make a move from the Pyrodex powder to Tripple 7 Fire Star pellets. One question? There are 6 of them lil pellets in the tube. Do I use all of them?

The destructions say not to exceed 100 grains equivalent of pellets. Ok how many grains does a pellet have. This tube has 6 pellets in it. How many pellets make 100 grains? Package don't say.

Dang ct, that's not right IMO. Those packages are supposed to be marked. At a pure guess they're likely 50 gr pellets as that's the most common, but you definitely need to know for sure! I'm using BH 209 this season, but my new Wolf is being cantankerous. I can but the bullseye within an inch with two shots, then have a flyer. Not sure what's going on. Got home to check it out and saw some pretty good chunks of stuff in the barrel. Not sure it if was plastic from the sabots or powder, but I just brushed it out good and might shoot it again sometime before next Sat if I can. Don't like wondering if it's gonna hit where I'm aiming.

The new Fire Star pellets require "3" pellets to equal 100 grains.

Repeat the new Groved Fire Star Thipple 7 pellets require "3" pellets to equal 100 grains.

Went and shot the Wolf with the new Tripple 7 Fire Star pellets. I am content.

Good deal ct! I've been told I need a different sabot for my Wolf, that the old black sabot I'm using, and have been using forever, isn't great in these Wolf's. It was tighter than Pelosi's grip on the House gavel going down the barrel!

I have switched from the old 240 grain xtp with the black plastic jacket to a 200 grain with a red jacket.
