Hay for sale

Post by Huntaholic »

Ok, long story. Ive got several acres in hay ground and don't own or want to own a cow, SO I made a deal with a dear friend of mine on it. Hes fell on bad health issues, covid, heart problems, old age, etc.... and now he is stuck with his investment tied up in 200ish rolls of hay that needs to be GONE! The rolls are 4x5, hes been asking $25 a roll but I just got off the phone with him and he would take $20 a roll if you have a way to haul them. He or I can load them so that's not an issue. I feel kinda bad for letting him pay me for the spring cutting and Ive refused to take anything for the fall cutting until he realizes some money coming in from the venture.

Fall cutting is still in the field. Right after he got it baled his heart started giving problems, then he caught batflu and just hasn't been healthy enough to move any of it.

Wish you wasn't so far away. I could use some hay right now.
