I think my son will like his birthday present!
Dropped a dime today
Dropped a dime today
The older I get the more I understand why roosters just scream to start their day.

So which side was the flyer on
Re: Dropped a dime today
I don't know for sure
I'll load some more and shoot next weekend and hopefully it's dry enough to go 200 yards. That old, cheap WC844 pulldown works pretty good

Woooweee I'd say that's a keeper there! What's your load data and components?
Re: Dropped a dime today
Once fired Remington brass
23gr WC844 loaded to H335 specs
CCI 400 primer
SMK 69gr BTHP
OAL is set to put the ojive .010 off the lands
After I shoot some grid paper and settle in for sure on this load I'll set up the chronograph and see what the velocity is.

Looks like a keeper as it is!
Re: Dropped a dime today
It definitely is. This load in this rifle should be shooting 1 small hole. I can almost hold it perfectly steady on the front and rear rests but the crosshairs show just a little movement that I can't seem to cure.
