Sure haven't. I generally stick with my tried and true Dale's marinade, with a splash of Liquid Smoke, and some other minut ingredients.

Last batch I made was with Alegro. It has a pretty good taste and not as salty

I've used the hickory smoke and it was ok but this last time I used the hot and spicy and it was very good. I think I'll use it again this year when I make some jerky.

Here is an easy and tasty jerky recipe!
2# meat sliced thinly across the grain
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBSP garlic salt
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp hot sauce (more if you like the heat)
Mix all marinade ingredients the mix into meat. Allow to marinade over night in the fridge then dehydrate.
