Sure haven't. I generally stick with my tried and true Dale's marinade, with a splash of Liquid Smoke, and some other minut ingredients.

Last batch I made was with Alegro. It has a pretty good taste and not as salty

I've used the hickory smoke and it was ok but this last time I used the hot and spicy and it was very good. I think I'll use it again this year when I make some jerky.

I haven't tried it. Like Mup said I usually use Dales.

No!

Here is an easy and tasty jerky recipe!

2# meat sliced thinly across the grain
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBSP garlic salt
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp hot sauce (more if you like the heat)

Mix all marinade ingredients the mix into meat. Allow to marinade over night in the fridge then dehydrate.
Suck it up.....buttercup!

Sounds good! I'll give it a try next time I make jerky.

That IS my recipe that I use, all except for the hot sauce. I may add that next time! ;)
