If you grill them right, they're some of the best eatin ever. I brush them with some olive oil then salt and pepper and coat with either zesty Italian or garlic herb dry dressing/seasoning mix. Then I heat up charcoal on half my grill. Cook them 3 minutes each side directly over the coals then move them to the empty side of the grill, close the lid and cook about 35 minutes until internal temp on thickest part is 170F.
