If I was forced to use one rifle for the rest of my hunting days, it’d be a Model 94. Great rifles.

Lost lake those are great deer! Love you coat on the first buck. He looks like a hoss as well.

Only got this one doe least season. Took her from the upper shack with my new smokeless.

IIRC, he dressed 170 pounds, and dwarfed the first two bucks following the doe that came in. When they saw him, they scattered like a fart in high wind.

I had to drag him 1/4 mile to get to the creek, then down and up the very steep banks. I’d killed a doe that morning, skinned and quartered, and iced her down. Then hung three stands and staggered to another stand late that evening and killed that thing. Loaded him and drove 2 hours home. My legs were jelly for two days!
