Good morning! I woke up at 4 and got on the couch with TV turned down low. That usually gets me another hour before I'm up for the day. Got half of my first cup down now.
The older I get the more I understand why roosters just scream to start their day.

Im not given the choice. Through the week, wife gets up early for school....I have to get up and take care of the boy. On the weekends, if shes off or goes in later....I still have to get up and take care of the boy......so SHE can sleep in.

Been retired over two years and I still can't sleep late , up before 3:00 this morning . Back hurts it mostly wakes me up but when it don't hurt I still wake up. Thing is though when you retire you can nap most anytime
