The Hatfield

Post by caretaker »

The Hatfield is a shotgun that I took a chance on. My old ,battered, used up old 500 Mossberg was needing retiring and funds were low. I saw the Hatfield on display at Wally World for $188.00. I bought it along with a case of 7.5 shells for dove

season. It preformed better than I expected. The fact that I go 1 for 25 has nothing to do with the shotgun. I love to shoot at dove. I can't hit em but I love to shoot at em. The shot gun comes with 3 chokes and 2 gas rings. Mine is a 12 gauge. One of my buddies likes it so well he bought his grandson a 20 gauge.

I am impressed! I have been wanting a inexpensive 12 gauge semi auto in 3" or 3.5" to use for goose hunting and just banging around.

NICE! It doesn't have to cost a fortune as long as it shoots good and fits your needs!
