300 Wizzum ladder

Post by MUP »

I've got some loads worked up for the 300 wsm using AA4350. I can't wait to get out and see if I can tighten the groups up with it! All I have is 150gr Nosler E-tips right now, but I'd like to move to 165 gr pills eventually. I have plenty of the 150's b/c that's what the 06 uses. ;)

Sure wish I had some E-tips!
Leaving work early and checking the muzzy and turning the .300 wizzum loose!
Pushing 165 grain interlocks right now till I can do better.

How did they shoot MUP? I'm shooting some Fusion 180 grain out of mine and they've done me good for the last few years. My buddy says if I just shoot close to them I ought to kill them.

A little hangup called deer season got in the way Phil. :D I still have them sitting on the bench, waiting on more suitable, less time compressed days to try it out. ;)

Dang! Lucked up and got some 300 wsm ammo from a co worker today. He found out that I had one and gave me some he had reloaded for his, that he doesn't have anymore. I'll dismantle them and use the components for my load specs. ;)

I've heard the WSM components aren't easy to find right now.

Glad you lucked into some.

I've got 100 pieces of brass. Wish I had more. Should have bought more a few years back.

Must be hard to find, I'm seeing and hearing of folks looking for brass more here lately.
