ground blinds
Been givin some thought to ground blinds. Mike243 and I were discussing deer looking up into stands. Even those with the mesh camo. So we are kicking around the idea of doin a lil more ground huntin. My idea is to take some rope and string it between trees with some of that mesh camo on it and maybe place some brush on it also. what do y`all think?

Sounds good to me. You could shoot right through it unless it's late in the day but I know if your eyes are bad as mine you can't see after sunset anyway in the woods

My favorite blind is to find a deadfall and trim out a little cubby hole back into it. I've had deer at 6 steps and came to full draw back in them before. Just watch the wind direction.
