They just scored a TD, but this has been one strange day of ball for sure. Every game it seemed was between possible contenders for the championship at years end.

Only good thing I guess about losing week 1 or early in the season is that you still have a shot to get back in the mix of the playoffs. But still it has been a odd opening week.

I think he did a good job once he got settled in. That was a rough first play but he's definitely got his confidence up. By the time he gets a couple of years behind him he should do great!

Bama's new players jelled quick in this game I believe. What gave me a chuckle was the little side note that this is the first time USC has been held wo a TD since 1997. Now the question is, will USC rise in the polls after losing to the #1 team?
