Forestry Management
Im self employed in the timber industry, specializing in Forestry Management. In other words, Im a logger. 3rd generation (that I know of, but when you go back farther than that, everybody worked in the woods around here) and my two sons also work with me, making 4 generations of us in this business. I do selective harvests, NO clearcutting! I live in Jackson co. and will work in pretty much any adjoining county. If it gets further away than that its just not cost effective for me to travel every day to do it. I typically work on a percentage basis but will on occasion, buy standing timber and land. Any questions, feel free to PM me!

I had a neighbor who used to do that, he used mules to pull the logs out.
