I would say rabbit from what we can see. Mid hop looks like the right rear leg extended and it would explain the ears.

Rabbit, but it is my understanding that this particular rabbit once played a white rabbit in a Monty Python film. If I were you, i would Run Away!

Well I wasn't going to say it but you know TWRA has been secretly stocking chupacabres here. Now from what I understand they don't turn dark or grow them long spines or get them glowin' red eyes till they are about 4 1/2 so this here is a youngun. They do look sorta like rabbits from the back.
