BSK/Weather Forecast?

Bryan, do you have any forecast models for the next coming weeks showing what we can expect?

The problem is, their models really suck.

In general, November should be warmer than normal while December colder than normal.

More specifically, the models have been fairly consistent in predicting a rainy Juvi weekend, followed by unusually warm weather next week leading up to MZ opener. After that, the models have been bouncing around a bit. Some runs have shown a front sweeping through TN opening day, while others hold that front off until Monday. But most models indicate a significant cold snap mid-week following opening weekend.

I'll be taking off a day or two the first week of ML for sure if a cold snap moves in!

Models seem to be settling into very warm weather with southerly winds most of this week, with a cold front coming through the state on Friday. Cooler weather with northerly winds for opening weekend of MZ. As the High pressure moves east of TN the following week, temperatures moderate and winds switch to east on Monday, Southeast on Tuesday and South on Wednesday, with the next big front coming through Thursday and cooler again for the 2nd weekend of MZ.

That sounds pretty good! Except for S winds thru the week and moderating temps. But if we have a cool recovery by the 2nd weekend that will still be great! I'm so ready to take the smokepole to the woods!
