Working on setting up a photo census before I leave and hopefully will get enough info before shedding. I've walked several miles this week on private and public ground and have yet to find one, so I'm hopeful. I plan on using a broadcast feeder to make sure limited corn is spread out and won't pile up at all.
I have two main areas of heavy cutover and plan on setting up on opposite ends of the 150 acres. Is the edge of cutover a good place for a reliable census? Two weeks with bait enough?

Re: Photo Census
Corn works great at this time of year because it is highly desirable (lots of energy) and it's too cold for aflatoxin poisoning to be a problem.
