Use 4x8x1/2 OSB for sheathing. You can paint it or wrap it with Tyvek or another house wrap before you put the siding up.

How does it make it easier? What's it do? Never heard of it.

Coming off my worst season in many years as well TWF. Never took a deer last season, but not for not having a chance at them tho...it was all me. Out of 60 + sits i had 2 does in bow range and killed one of em biggest buck seen was a spike I had. Bad season myself. Hoping next year will be better.
